Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received. Each piece is made with care, and we take the time to inspect and prepare your item before shipping. Each Product has a different production time, shipping will vary for each production time.
Domestic Shipping (Canada)
We ship via Canada Post, Fed-Ex, or other trusted carriers. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Delivery typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location.
International Shipping
Yes, we ship worldwide! International delivery times vary by country, usually between 7–21 business days. Shipping rates and times are calculated at checkout. Please note: customs fees or import taxes may apply depending on your country — these are the buyer’s responsibility.

Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our pieces and the use of thrifted garments, all sales are final. Each item is unique, and we do our best to provide accurate descriptions and measurements on every product page so you can shop confidently.
No Returns or Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges based on size, fit, or change of mind. Please review all product details carefully before purchasing, and feel free to contact us with any questions before placing an order.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item that is damaged or not what you ordered, please reach out to us at studioboji@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if possible. We’ll work with you to find a fair solution.
